Due to the nature of this process and the costs involved in printing, we regret to inform our customers that we are unable to offer refunds once an order has been placed and processed. Orders may also only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase as that is when the order fulfillment process begins. To begin the cancellation process, please contact us through the contact page.

  3. Customer Acknowledgment: By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this no-refund policy. We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before submission to ensure satisfaction.
  4. Damaged or Faulty Items: In the rare event that a product is received damaged or with a manufacturing fault, we request customers to contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. In such cases, we will assess the issue and, at our discretion, offer a replacement.
